Information shared with cleaners:
Assigned cleaner(s) receive only the information required to complete your booking, including: first name, address, access instructions, service details, tasks, add-ons and bundles. Payment information is never shared with cleaners.
We never sell or share your data for marketing.
3. Where Your Data Is Stored
Your data may be stored securely in the following:

These platforms have their own privacy and security standards. Some data may be processed outside the UK under UK GDPR safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Only authorised FreshLet admin team members have full access to your data.

Cleaner(s) assigned to a booking receive only the information required to perform the service.

If more than one cleaner attends, your details may be shared with both.

FreshLet never receives or stores your full card details.
