Public liability insurance is not mandatory for self-employed cleaners, but many hold their own cover. If you prefer an insured cleaner, let us know during booking and we will match you accordingly.

Do cleaners bring equipment?

Yes, cleaners provide all cleaning products. Hosts must supply a hoover, mop and bucket. Some cleaners may be able to bring their own equipment, but this is not guaranteed and must be confirmed in advance.

How much notice do I need to book?

You can book up to 24 hours in advance of the clean.
