Yes. Most bookings have a minimum duration of 2 hours per visit. However, the Mini Refresh Clean is available as a 1-hour option for lighter tidies, and Deep/End-of-Tenancy cleans have a minimum booking time of 3 hours (which may vary slightly by job).
No. Cleaners bring their own supplies, either eco-friendly or standard. You are welcome to request that they use your own products if preferred.
Yes. All cleaners are vetted through ID and background checks before joining FreshLet
Yes. You will have the option to rebook the same cleaner if they are available.
For your peace of mind, all cleaners on the FreshLet platform are self-employed and required to hold valid public liability insurance. You can request to see proof of insurance during booking.
FreshLet is a smart local platform that connects clients with vetted, self-employed cleaners. We’re not a cleaning agency - we simply match you with trusted local professionals for flexible, hassle-free cleaning.
Some bookings are shared to complete the job faster (e.g. deep cleans or host turnovers). Your price is always based on the total hours booked, so a 6-hour booking may be done by one cleaner for 6 hours or two cleaners for 3 hours each. The total charge stays the same.
You can cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours in advance with no fee. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee to cover the cleaner’s time.

FreshLet handles the cleaning, linens (if provided), and guest-ready presentation so you can focus on your guests, not the changeover. Let us know during booking and we’ll match you with a cleaner experienced in HostCare turnover cleans.
Payment is processed securely by FreshLet. Payment instructions will be sent to your email from hello@getfreshlet.co.uk or your WhatsApp number upon confirmation of your booking, prior to the clean. Once the clean is complete, we release payment to your cleaner. No contracts or hidden fees - just clear, upfront pricing.
These tasks are not included in eco and standard clean, but can be added as extras. Just let us know when booking so we can allow extra time. 
All add-ons are billed in 1-hour increments. Some items (e.g. fridge, oven, cupboards) may require more than 1 hour depending on condition.

If you require 3 or more detailed add-ons (e.g. oven, fridge, cupboards, interior windows), please book our Deep/End-of-Tenancy service. This ensures enough time is booked for a full detailed clean. 
Yes. Just let us know before your next booking and we’ll update your preferences.
If you’re not happy, let us know within 12 hours of the clean. Cleaners are self-employed and responsible for their own work, but we’ll always help by speaking with your cleaner to resolve the issue. In most cases this means arranging a re-clean or suitable follow-up directly with them.
